So much of our journey from fearful to fear-less is about forgiveness. And without question, the most important person to forgive is yourself. In fact, I believe forgiveness is the most divinely spiritual act you can do.
I spent nearly 50 years thinking I was a bad girl and therefore not worthy of love and belonging. It was only when I wrote 50 letters to 50 people who had tremendous impact on my life (both good and bad) that I understood the person in all of the stories that I had told myself my entire life who truly needed forgiveness — was me.
It doesn’t matter you were the good girl or the bad girl as a child; or if you felt weak and powerless as an adult and therefore allowed things to happen that you regret; or you have inflicted your own unhappiness onto someone who didn’t deserve it — you must first forgive yourself and open the door to loving yourself.
Forgive yourself — and everyone who played a role in the hurts you experienced will be lightened and liberated in some way. You don’t need to carry that weight any longer. It’s the ultimate rebellion. It’s the ultimate turnaround. It's the ultimate freedom.

There are three different levels of interaction with me in Break Free — self-directed, group coaching, and private coaching. When we work together in the coaching options, you work through each module at your pace, in the privacy of your home, then we meet the following week to talk about your aha moments, your struggles, your victories, and what you want to keep working on. It’s a great way to keep you moving!
