The antidote to your emotional fear of doing something that you’ve had an unpleasant experience from — is courage. You must walk through that fear and do the very thing you are so afraid to do. If toddlers stopped trying to walk after their first attempt and failure… well, you can imagine that. Toddlers learn by trying — they keep trying.

Our heart is a wondrous organ that has now been proven to be the King (Queen) of the body, developing before the brain develops in utero, and sending more information to the brain to direct its functions than the brain sends to the heart. I believe the heart is your higher self, your soul.

I spent last Sunday at the Riverview Holistic Fair. It’s a twice-yearly event and affectionately known as The Little Fair With the Big Heart. Little Fair indeed; with 33 tables, it’s no wonder there are so many familiar faces and like-minded people. It fills me up to overflowing.
